According to reports, Jarvis will be driven by an upcoming version of Google’s Gemini and is designed to operate exclusively within web browsers, specifically optimized for Chrome.
The tool aims to assist users in automating routine online tasks by capturing and interpreting screenshots, clicking buttons, and entering text. Currently, it is said to take “a few seconds” to complete each action.
The biggest AI companies are all working on models that do things like what The Information is describing. Microsoft’s Copilot Vision will let you talk with it about webpages you’re viewing.
