The Ministry of Education confirmed that public and private schools across the UAE will observe a two-day holiday on:

- Tuesday, December 2, 2025
Schools will resume normal operations on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

Holidays for Private Sector Employees
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced that the private sector will also enjoy paid holidays on December 1 and 2 (Monday and Tuesday) to mark Eid Al Etihad.
This ensures both the education sector and private sector employees enjoy a unified break.

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources also declared December 1 and 2, 2025 as official holidays for all ministries and federal entities.
Thanks to the Saturday–Sunday weekend, federal government employees will enjoy a four-day break, with work resuming on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
